Here are some pics of Alfred attending a recent premiere event for his miniseries "The Company." That suit! That beard! That...Michael Keaton. They look like they are having a fun time together at any event.

And if you haven't been watching this miniseries, you really are missing out. It's the best miniseries since "Thornbirds." And that's saying a lot considering my massive love for "Lonesome Dove."

Warning: More urine about to be sprayed on the grave of Peter Sellers

It's official. Alfred has signed on to costar in "The Next Pink Panther", the follow up to the Steve Martin reincarnation of the Peter Sellers series. John Cleese and Andy Garcia have also signed on to costar. Unfortunately, Beyonce will not be reprising her role doing, um, whatever it is what she was doing. The plot has Clouseau teaming up with a group of other bumbling detectives in order to stop an international crime ring. That is Hollywood logic for you, if one bumbling detective is funny then, golly, five or ten more must be five or ten times more funny!

No word on which bumbling dectective Al will be playing. Maybe, just maybe, he can save this trainwreck. The film is set to be released next year.
